The Regulations of Ethics for Judges apply to all cynological judges, working trial judges, trainee judges, cynological assistants belonging to and representing member organizations and performing assigned tasks during exhibitions and competitions of international rank, organized under the patronage of the DOG BREEDERS UNION.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t2. A cynological judge should be guided by the principles of honesty, dignity, respect for human and animal rights and observance of good manners.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t3. A judge is prohibited from using his position to advance his own interests or the interests of others.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t4. A judge's duty is to uphold the authority of their position and the DOG BREEDERS UNION (which they represent at the show), to adhere to the Statute and Show Regulations. They should also uphold the good name of other judges.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t5. The judge is obliged to avoid conduct that could bring discredit upon his function, the association or undermine exhibitors' trust in his impartiality and reliability.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t6. A judge who violates the provisions of these Regulations is obliged to immediately take action to eliminate the effects of such violation.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t7. A judge is obliged to immediately take action in all cases assigned to him.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t8. The judge is obligated to be completely impartial in judging, with particular emphasis on the fact that their judgment is final and not subject to any discussion. The only exception is to file a protest with the Chief Judge of the Show if it is determined that the judge has grossly violated the above regulations or has judged a dog that is inconsistent with the breed standard.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t9. A judge is prohibited from publicly expressing negative opinions about another judge.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t10. If any irregularities are detected in the work of a judge, the Exhibition Organizer or the Chief Judge of the Exhibition should immediately notify the Management Board of the DOG BREEDERS UNION of the fact.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t11. A judge is absolutely prohibited from undertaking any financial activities that could be construed as exploiting his position as a judge.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t12. The judge is prohibited from:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- have access to the exhibition catalog before and during the evaluation of dogs (except for the working catalog, in the absence of a main catalog),\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- judge dogs that have been in their possession or the possession of a person running a common household with them within the last 6 months,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- violate the above regulations, including the free evaluation of dogs being exhibited or inspected,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- publicly criticize another judge,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- consume alcohol during the exhibition or perform their duties as a judge while in a state indicating the consumption of alcohol,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- submit to actions or pressures that could affect their impartiality.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t13. The judge is obliged to:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- uphold the good name of the DOG BREEDERS UNION,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- comply with the Rules of Ethics for Judges and all other DOG BREEDERS UNION regulations,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- evaluate dogs impartially and honestly,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- continually update and expand their canine knowledge,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- if they are unable to judge at a given show or review, notify the organizer 30 days in advance,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- confirm to trainee judges and young canine assistants that they have finished&#xa0; and successfully completed their training at shows,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- conscientiously fulfill the tasks assigned by the show organizer, and in particular, arrive at shows on time,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- comply with the recommendations of the DOG BREEDERS UNION Board in other matters not covered by the above Rules.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t14. The judge has a right to:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- possess and use a valid judge's ID card and stamp,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- judge dogs at shows where they are a judge or assist the head judge if they are completing another internship to improve their qualifications,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- receive written confirmation of their judging, internship, or inspection,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- receive refund of expenses incurred in connection with the performance of their duties,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- receive an invitation to judge at least 30 days in advance,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- ensure that the exhibition organizer provides appropriate conditions for work, such as meals, accommodation, transportation from the accommodation to the exhibition site and back, and other necessary assistance.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>Eveluation Rules<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>\u00a7 2<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t1. Judging at international dog shows is conducted by international DOG BREEDERS UNION judges with the participation of national exterior judges (as trainees).\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t2. In international competitions, contests, and exams for specific stages of training, such as PT, IPO, agility, and others, the judging is conducted by international working trial judges.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>Judges<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>&amp;3<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t1. DOG BREEDERS UNION International Judges:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- International Exterior Judges,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- International Working Trial Judges,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- International Dog Trainers,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Trainers conducting courses and training in other cynological disciplines for participants from various countries (after obtaining accreditation and recommendation from a DOG BREEDERS UNION member organization).\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t2. Obtaining qualifications for judges, decoys, trainers, etc. at national level is regulated by the internal regulations of each member organization.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t3. International qualifications can be applied for in the following manner:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\ta) International Dog Trainer Judge:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- after meeting the regulatory requirements of the parent organization, writing a thesis on a topic assigned by the DOG BREEDERS UNION Judging Committee, and passing a theoretical and practical exam during an international exhibition before an Examination Committee appointed by the DOG BREEDERS UNION. - Candidates for the international judge examination must be registered with the Headquarters at least three months before the scheduled examination.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- International judges are required to renew their license annually by attending the Congress or passing an examination before the DOG BREEDERS UNION Judging Committee, which covers the latest innovations and regulatory changes introduced in the given year, as well as familiarizing themselves with the breeding efforts of other member organizations.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\tb) International Working Trial Judge\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- who has successfully completed a theoretical and practical course for Companion Dogs Training and Protection Training, as well as behaviorism, dog therapy elements, agility, or other similar topics, organized by the Training Committee of the parent organization or organizations recognized by DOG BREEDERS UNION. \r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\u2013 demonstrated knowledge of all training regulations during the theoretical examination before the DOG BREEDERS UNION Training Committee,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\u2013 during the practical examination, correctly assessed at least three dogs in the field of Companion Dogs Training and Protection Training, dog therapy, agility, or other canine sports,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\tc) International Helper:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\u2013 who successfully completed a theoretical and practical helper course in Companion Dogs Training and Protection Training, as well as behaviorism, elements of dog therapy, agility, or other similar topics, organized by the Training Committee of the parent organization or organizations recognized by DOG BREEDERS UNION.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\u2013 demonstrated knowledge of all practical training regulations during the theoretical examination before the DOG BREEDERS UNION Training Committee,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\u2013 presented a trained dog with a minimum of Protection Training 1 during the practical examination.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>Exams<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>&amp;4<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t1. The examination is conducted by an examination committee consisting of at least one international judge, appointed by the DOG BREEDERS UNION Board of Directors.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t2. The examination consists of a theoretical and practical part and is held at any international exhibition under the patronage of the DOG BREEDERS UNION, as agreed upon by the Board.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t3. During the practical part, the candidate may be asked to move to subsequent rings and evaluate dogs under the supervision of the examiner.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t4. The scope of the international cynological judge examination includes primarily:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\ta) theoretical part:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Writing a given examination paper and its positive approval by the Judging Committee, thus allowing admission to the next parts of the examination.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Knowledge of all DOG BREEDERS UNION Regulations.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Knowledge of recognized dog breed standards, expanded upon by knowledge of the history of the breed's origins.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Knowledge of the history of origins and breed standards (if any) for unrecognized breeds.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Knowledge of maintaining ring, breeding, and examination records.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Knowledge of dog anatomy and physiology.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Knowledge of genetics, i.e., extensive knowledge of genetic and congenital defects and the most common dog diseases, distinguishing between breed predispositions and the principles of color inheritance.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Basic knowledge of zoopsychology and dog therapy.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Principles of judging, organizing, and conducting purebred dog shows, including national, international, breed, breed section, specialist, club, and other exhibitions.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Knowledge of the classification of breed groups.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- Submitting a report on activities for DOG BREEDERS UNION.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\tb) practical part:\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- independent, accurate, and impartial evaluation of dogs at a show under the supervision of an international judge \u2013 a member of the DOG BREEDERS UNION Examination Committee,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- correct awarding of titles and certificates,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- verbal justification of decisions based on knowledge of the breed standard, taking into account the history of the breed and the breed group to which the breed is assigned,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- correct comparisons, both in terms of order and evaluation,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- correct completion of ring documentation,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- knowledge and ability to independently conduct final, breeding, and additional competitions, distinguishing between the show ranks and the organizer,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- ability to correctly complete breeding documentation and prepare exhibition documentation,\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:justify; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t- principles of first aid for dogs.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>Final provisions<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; text-align:center; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<strong>\u00a7 5<\/strong>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t1. Passing the exam for an international cynological exterior judge, international working trial judge, international helper, dog therapist, or obtaining accreditation to organize training courses, or competitions of international rank is the basis for issuing a nomination (for the judge and helper \u2013 by name, and for the training organizers \u2013 for the organization). The nomination referred to herein is issued by resolution by the DOG BREEDERS UNION Board and is associated with entry on the appropriate Association list.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t2. If the candidate fails the exam, they may retake the exam, but not earlier than two months after the date of the last exam.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t3. After passing the exam, the candidate receives an ID card.\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:6pt; line-height:115%\">\r\n\t\t\t\t4. The nomination may be canceled for failure to comply with any of the DOG BREEDERS UNION Regulations or for failure to comply with regulations, decisions, imposed penalties, or resolutions issued by the DOG BREEDERS UNION Board, the parent organization, or as a result of substantiated complaints from other organizations. 5.
